Itinerary
Discover the secret of traditional Mediterranean Cuisine and an opportunity to show your friends and family new gourmet dishes from our professional chefs. In this class you will learn how to make 4 accompanying dishes with hands on experience and also gain a greater understanding of how to use basic ingredients such as olive oil and spices the Spanish and Mediterranean way.
This ½ day excursion will begin at 10:00h. We will meet up and go to a local market where you will get a better understanding of the local produce and culinary customs of Mallorca and the Spanish. We will then select the products we will be using in this afternoon’s cooking class and then its on to the Yacht Club Cala d’Or.
