The Rhode School of Cuisine is delighted to present the home of our renowned Italian cooking school, Villa Lucia. Situated in the charming village of Vorno and nestled in the lush Tuscan countryside with panoramic views of Monte Zano.

We'll visit local organic farms, learn to cook tasty, healthy food using the freshest organic ingredients and savour the results together, washed down with delicious biodynamic wine.

The setting of your cultural and culinary experience will be either a 16th century restored water mill in the countryside of Pistoia or a charming country villain the wine area of Carmignano, overlooking Florence.

Enjoy seven days of authentic Tuscan cuisine with a full immersion cooking course at Toscana Saporita cooking school, situated in the Campomarano estate.

We offer specialized all inclusive hands on cookery courses with a spectacular excursions. Our Italian Mediterranean cookery course covers the flavour of not only Italy but also the French, Spanish and Moroccan kitchen.

We offer a personalized exposure to Tuscany, the opportunity to experience everyday life, visit some of the major cities and historical landmarks in the area, and gain in depth knowledge of regional culinary traditions. Participation in four hands-on cooking sessions will reveal the secrets of some of the Tuscany most authentic Tuscan recipes.

Besides indulging in your own prepared fine dishes, each day will offer a bounty of sites and tours to experience. Your vacation includes tours of two local wineries, Dievole and Volpaia, specializing in the region's popular Chianti Classico wines.

Cooking classes are taught by Matia Barciulli at Osteria di Passignano and by Gianluca Pardini at his professional kitchen in Lucca.

We have arranged visits to private and hotel kitchens for tips on how to create the classics of the Tuscan menu. We've planned walks so that you'll miss none of the historic or scenic high points of the region.
