Cooking Tours in Florence

Join Chef Beppe at San Felice a Ema just outside Florence and steep yourself in the centuries-old charm of this beautifully renovated nobleman’s residence. Cooking classes take place in the refined elegance of Villa Florentine with its characteristic grounds of vineyards and olive groves set in the rolling Chianti hills.

The cooking school offers both academic programs and programs for amateurs. The cooking lessons are held in a real cooking school class-room, while students are looking at the chef explaining in English what he is preparing

Each course has five full-participation cooking classes lasting about four hours and followed by a full lunch with appropriate wines. Giuliano teaches every class himself and each student learns to make pasta, focacce, etc. under his personal supervision.
