Join the Esposito family as they take you up close to Amalfi-style cooking. The hands-on cooking classes, set in their professional kitchen, explore the culinary delights of traditional cuisine and Neapolitan favorites.

Join Chefs Rosa, Anna Maria & Roberto and Pizza-maker chef Pietro as they lead you in hands-on cooking classes in Positano-for a week of food, wine and sun-filled days. Our chefs share their Neapolitan recipes with you making pizza, fresh pasta, antipasto, fish, meat and desserts.

We will discover the birthplace of pizza and learn about the noble cuisine of Naples in the 1700s. Our hands-on cooking classes will encompass some of the classics of the region: panzarotti, sartu di riso, pasticcio, arancini, zuppa di pesce, pesce in sale, baba, pastiera, and torta caprese, to name a few.

Mamma Agata’s cooking course takes place in her private home, situated on a cliff top, 1000 feet above the sea level, a very gracious home that majestically overlooks the AMALFI Coastline, with wonderful terraces and a spacious garden full of lemon trees, fruit trees, flowers, vegetables and poultry.

The classes will be held in 3 local trattorie to explore pasta, vegetables, and fish. We will be cooking in a small fishing village, and an isolated little cove with only the sea, the hills and our trattoria.

Participants on this tour stay at the Hotel Villa Romana, located in the historical center of Minori with breathtaking views of the Amalfi Coast. Its restaurant is well-known for offering typical cuisine of the area. Its ample kitchen equipment and recently expanded space are ideal for the cooking classes scheduled on this program.

We've arranged informal cooking sessions in the home of one of his favorite cooks as well as some hands-on tutoring with a professional chef. Like a great Italian meal, this week is a long, happy, satisfying event that you'll wish would never end.

Your home for three nights is the delightful Hotel Tramonto D’Oro, located in the seaside resort of Praiano, centrally positioned between Positano and Amalfi. You will have a taste of Mediterranean regional cuisine with Pasquale, Ciro, and Salvatore, three passionate chefs with extraordinary culinary talents.

Our cooking classes are held in her 300-year-old country house located on a cliff top 1,000 feet above the sea, with magnificent views. As Mamma is fond of saying "simplice" = simple, and wonderful.
