Compare the flavours of fine Greek olive oils. Taste unique Cycladic Island cheeses with an expert. Try barley bread baked in a wood-burning oven. Approach Minoan history with food and wine in mind. Appreciate the food secrets of the ancients.

Our Cretan kitchen workshop has been developed with the utmost care and will be given by a pioneer in the cookery world. The fact that the group will not consist of more than 5 members, guarantees the exclusivity, the individual approach and the personal contents in this workshop.

Accommodation will be in Vathy in private houses on the beach in bedrooms with private bathrooms. Many of the rooms have small balconies where you can sit and gaze at the sea with a glass in your hand. We will help cook one specific dish at one of the tavernas for about an hour.

Guests will have the opportunity to see a bit of the unspoilt side of Crete and learn to cook the famous Cretan Kakavia Fish soup and several more Cretan recipes.
