Our one-day courses and evening classes are designed for both serious enthusiasts and complete novices. The days are a mix of demonstrations and hands on practical sessions, giving you plenty of opportunity to get your hands dirty!

Come and stay at The Airds Hotel and be taken on a gastronomic journey with our head chef Paul Burns. Paul Burns, Scottish Hotel Chef of the Year 2004 and Master Chef of Great Britain, will demonstrate how to prepare the perfect menu and dinner.
