Cooking tours in Venice

Our Venice cooking program takes you to a private palazzo, where you will share the wonders of Venetian cooking with Executive Chef Sebastiano.

Spend one or more days learning about traditional Venetian cuisine, ranging from the strong flavours of Sopressa, local salami, to the delicate freshness of our seasonal vegetables, from the sweet and sour dishes of Arabic influence like the celebrated Sarde in saor to the Baccalà alla vicentina..

We'll manage to squeeze in time for some wonderful culinary experiences: prosecco tasting, pub tours, and other products unique to the area. We'll take culinary tours AND have cooking classes in a beautiful old Venetian Palace with a 9th generation Venetian lady who happens to be an extraordinary cooking instructor.
