Cooking tours in Veneto

La Foresteria Serego Alighieri is our most elegant location where we run just a few courses. Each schedule is individually planned incorporating all that the Veneto region has to offer, making these very special weeks.

For lovers of Italian food, we offer a unique hands-on opportunity to participate in small groups in a cooking holiday experience. The local women of Veneto will share their techniques, special ingredients, and family recipes. Our classes are ideal for cooks at all experience levels.

Culinary instruction features two outstanding experts in cuisine of the region. Each lesson culminates in a complete lunch or dinner. When meals are not prepared at the Villa, we visit local eateries selected for their quality, charm and authenticity in expressing the tastes of the Veneto.

Maria's Cookery Course is run by Maria Giustiniani in Tenuta Castel Venezze. The lessons are given in English where you will learn to make classic Venetian dishes.
