Offers cooking and wine tasting classes in a beautiful historical palace. Classes include visits of the markets and artisans and private dinners with the host's family. It's a unique chance to learn about Italy's culture through the locals!

The cooking program consist of three lessons which are approximately three hours each day. For the first cooking class, the chef will teach you how to make lamb with potatoes roasted in the wood oven, taralli~ a traditional baked bread treat, and the traditional dry biscotti.
