Join Francesco and Monia at Cantico, their country farmhouse, in the heart of Umbria for hands-on cooking classes and explore the wonderful dishes of this magical area. Umbria, the land known for the Baci, ("kiss" in Italian and in Umbria, literally a "chocolate kiss" from Perugia) is an area immersed in tradition.

The cooking program consist of three lessons which are approximately three hours each day. For the first cooking class, the chef will teach you how to make lamb with potatoes roasted in the wood oven, taralli~ a traditional baked bread treat, and the traditional dry biscotti.
