Experience magical Provence with Carole, acclaimed chef and restaurateur and her French-born husband, Bernard. Small groups of eight to ten persons, gorgeous accommodations in a restored home, cooking classes, divine cuisine, fine wines and cultural activities.

For those wanting an authentic French experience, this is the holiday for you. Stay in a beautifully restored farmhouse in the countryside of Provence, take cooking lessons from your hostess, a French-born woman anxious to show you the secrets of traditional Provençal cuisine.

We'll shop the local markets together in search of local ingredients and return home to prepare traditional Provençal meals in a relaxed atmosphere. You can join in and learn to prepare the regional specialties we will serve for dinner.

The program includes 4 participatory cooking classes with Reine, where we will experience the essence of Provençale cooking—ingredients used in their purest, freshest state, and cooked simply with Reine’s sublime flair.

Join us at one of the Côte d’Azur’s newest temples of gastronomy and luxury, the Bastide Saint-Antoine. Chef Jacques Chibois has created a truly luxurious hotel in his 18th-century country house, and his cuisine is fittingly sublime.
