A completely hands-on 12 day intensive program taught in English. For non Thais who wish to acquire Thai culinary expertise. Open to amateur and professional chefs. Sessions begin the first Monday of each month and are limited to 4 participants.

The hands-on lessons at the stunning Lanna cooking school is the hands down most luxurious way to learn to cook!

We offer Thai cooking classes. From Monday to Friday you can join these classes on a daily or weekly basis.

Classes will take place in the shaded cookery course kitchen which has been especially designed for us and will involve hands on cooking and presentation of Thai food, along with talks and demonstrations on various special ingredients used to make this fresh, delicious and healthy cuisine.

Our chefs are Thai experts with years of experience cooking Thai, and a love of their art. Whether avid home cook or aspiring professional, you will learn all the skills you need to cook one of Asia's most varied and fascinating cuisines.
