Join us for a culinary getaway to Napa Valley, learning the best of Northern California cuisine. Your instructor for the stay is Chef Lana Richardson, owner of Casa Lana, a charming bed and breakfast. Here, hands-on cooking lessons are taught in a professionally equipped kitchen. The lessons are geared to avid home cooks and food enthusiasts.

Your cooking lesson takes place at the Institute of Culinary Education, where your class choices include Great New York Restaurants' Signature Dishes, Essentials of Provencal Cooking, or Pasta Workshop. You will also be treated to a tasting and historical walking tour of the Village, discovering hidden treasures and local spots few visitors ever find, along with a tasting tour of Chinatown.

We offer classes to serve every kind of student, from beginners through seasoned cooks. We offer a wide variety of cooking, baking and pastry programs throughout the year. These classes provide students the training they need to become proficient cooks.
