Get to know fascinating Israel by getting to know its food! Our week-long culinary tours of Israel feature fabulous food and excellent wines, colorful open-air markets bursting with five unusual hands-on cooking classes.

You will learn to cook Jordanian food in a dedicated cooking school just outside the deserted city is almost more so! Between exploring the ancient marvels with our guides, you’ll cook authentic marvels too. Working hands-on, alongside our chef and the local women, you’ll have a privileged introduction to this ancient cuisine.

Our Moroccan cooking school at Dar Liqama is located just outside the ancient imperial city of Marrakech, a walled garden city of tall graceful palms set beneath the snow-capped Atlas Mountain range.

Through a series of cooking classes you will be taught the authentic way to prepare the most delicious tagines, keftas, pastillas, and couscous. You will be introduced to the very best Islamic art and architecture by an expert local guide, who will take you to palaces and gardens of striking beauty.

Experience Morocco through a cooking vacation in Fes, the former capital of Morocco and one of its most vibrant cities.
